Return Process

Customers are responsible for returning the product safely. We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. You may be required to provide your banking details for this process.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
